Getting Started

I offer a free initial 15-minute telephone call to get to know you better and answer preliminary questions. Please note, I am not able to provide specific legal advice during that time.

I offer flat fees for estate planning clients who qualify. Otherwise, I charge hourly.

I charge $350 for an initial one-hour consultation. However, if your plan qualifies for a flat fee and you decide to proceed with the preparation of documents, the $350 fee will be incorporated into the flat fee. Initially I prefer to meet with clients in person, but I can also speak over the phone or via a Zoom meeting if distance precludes an in- person meeting.

If I draft your estate plan, you get 10% off my regular hourly rate to make updates to your original estate plan as circumstances in your life change.

Trust Administration

($350/hour)

To assist you in sorting out the distribution of your deceased loved one’s estate.

Probate

(Statutory Fee*)

To assist you in carrying out the terms of your deceased loved one’s will or the process of intestate succession in Probate Court.
